♥ Refund Policy
30 days, no questions asked. If CoWatch Premium isn't what you wanted, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not have to explain why.
How to request one
Email cowatchextension@gmail.com from the address you bought with, or include your Paddle order reference. That is the whole process — there is no form.
We aim to reply within two business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method, which typically takes 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your licence
A refunded licence key stops working. The extension keeps functioning on YouTube, which is free and unaffected.
After 30 days
Write to us anyway. We would rather refund someone who is unhappy than keep US$5 and be argued about. In particular, if a streaming service changes their website in a way that permanently breaks a feature you paid for, we will refund you regardless of how long ago you bought it.
Before you ask for a refund
If something simply is not working, it is often a five-minute fix and you keep the product. Email us first — we will either fix it or refund you.
Your statutory rights
This policy sits on top of the rights you have by law, which vary by country. It does not replace or limit them. Buyers in the EU and UK retain their statutory rights in respect of digital content.
Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record, so a refund may also be requested directly through Paddle using the link on your receipt.
